Rack Em Up 8-Ball
If you are looking for a classic billiard game you will feel right at home at Rack Em Up-8 Ball. It is made as a single player game and has got a table with 15 balls. You can pot the 15 balls in a voluntary order. Only exception, of course, is the black eight, which has to be struck at last. The developers of Rack Em Up-8 Ball have come up with some pretty nice ideas for scoring points. Thus each ball that is potted without having touched other balls or the cushion first counts 150 points; making contact you only get 100 points. Than you’ve also got a “multiplier”. Which increases by one once a ball has been potted. The maximum is however five. Although if you didn’t make contact with a ball or pot any, the “multiplier” will be deleted again. Which means if you are able to pot a ball with each shot and as directly as possible, you are going to get the top score. In order to reach this goal Rack Em Up-8 Ball is supporting you with auxiliary lines, which are indicating the course of the struck ball to you. In order to perform a strike click the left mouse button. Now drag the mouse away from the cue ball and release the mouse button again. The more you strike out the more forceful your shot will be. Rack Em Up-8 Ball has got a time limit, which is fairly generous with two minutes. Furthermore a bonus time of an extra ten seconds is awarded for each potted ball. Rack Em Up 8-Ball is quite pleasant to play and also perfect for beginners because the auxiliary lines are indeed very helpful. The rules are kept simple. Especially for getting to know billiard on a screen Rack Em Up-8 Ball is downright genius.
