Rack Em Up 9-Ball - Billiard Variation

Rack Em Up 9-Ball-Billard is a simple and very good 9-ball billiard game. Which means you’ve got nine balls in front of you, which are spread out in a diamond shape. The task is to pot these balls. You’ve got five minutes to finish the whole game. This doesn’t sound too hard but there are a few additional rules that will make it a little bit tougher on you. You always have to strike the ball with the lowest number. Otherwise it will be an illegal shot for which you won’t get credits. You receive 100 points if you hit the right ball. In case this shot results in potting a ball, you are awarded 1000 points at Rack Em Up 9-Ball. Which doesn’t mean that you have to pot the ball with the lowest number. The faster you score all the balls the bigger the bonus. Once you have potted all the balls and there is still time left, another nine balls are given to you. Therefore it’s possible to pot all the balls multiple times in these five minutes. That way you can also secure yourself a good high score. The game itself is a pleasant one to play. With the mouse you are choosing where the cue ball has to go. You click the mouse and pull the cue back in order to strike out. The shot is performed once you release the mouse button. Pretty neat are the auxiliary lines, which indicate the course to you, the balls in Rack Em Up 9-Ball will follow. That way you will see right away if a shot works. In case you realize striking out, that the direction of the shot isn’t right, you are cancelling the shot by moving the mouse across the tip of the cue. Rack Em Up 9-Ball is a good game with beautiful graphics, that doesn’t leave any wishes open in terms of function either. You can directly start playing and having fun.

9-ball is a very popular billiard version, which is also played in competitive tournaments in the German national league. Except that it is played against each other and that there are a few more rules. For example, four balls have to be in contact with the cushion at the break. It’s always the opponent’s turn if a foul occurs. Which is the case, for example, if the ball with the lowest number hasn’t been hit, the cue ball has been potted or a ball falls off the table. The winner is the player who pots the ball with the number nine. Good players manage to do this in a way that the opponent never gets his turn. 9-ball is a fast billiard game in which it’s mainly essential to achieve a good starting position for the next shot.
